Contractors must be registered with Govt. of Odisha / Govt. of India / C.P.W.D. / central undertaking / Railway / M.E.S. in Class "B" or equivalent. | If not registered under State Government, successful bidders must register under the appropriate authority of the State Government of Odisha before award of work. | Bidder should have completed at least one similar work not less than or equal to 60% of the bid value in the last three years. | Bidder should have an annual financial turnover of not less than 60% of the value of work put to tender in any one year in civil construction works during the last three years, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | The bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission. | Contractors registered for Civil, Electrical and P.H. works with legal competency and expertise in all three fields must submit documentary evidence. | The bidder must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
