Open to Manufacturers/Authorized Agencies. | Contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works are eligible. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate state authority before work award. | The applicant should have completed three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 64,00,000/- (excluding GST) in the last five years, OR two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 80,00,000/- (excluding GST), OR one similar work costing not less than Rs. 1,28,00,000/- (excluding GST). | The bidder/firm should have an annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 64,00,000/- in any one year in civil construction works during the last five years, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the project. | Bidders must disclose any relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission. | The civil contractor must enter into a notarized M.O.U. with an eligible registered electrical contractor having a valid M.V./H.T. license for electrical installation and other electrical works, unless the civil contractor holds such a license. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
