Open to all Contractors of "C" & "D" Class registered with the State Governments and Contractors of Equivalent Grade/Class Registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of civil works. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate after enrolment in the portal but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Govt. before award of the work. | Bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidder must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must inform the same in Schedule-I. | Joint Ventures are not accepted. | Bidder/Firm should have annual financial turnover of not less than 40% of the value of work put to tender in any one year in civil construction works during the last five years, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | The applicant should have completed one work of similar nature worth 40% of the value of work put to tender in the last five years under authority of State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking/Statutory Bodies.
