Open to 'B' Class contractors registered with the State Governments or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate state authority before work award. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must declare if a relative in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary or above in the Government of Odisha is employed in the concerned Department. | Joint Ventures are not accepted. | The civil contractor must enter into a notarized M.O.U. with an eligible registered electrical contractor having a valid H.T. / L.T. license, unless the civil contractor has such a license. | Bidders/Firms should have an annual financial turnover of not less than 40% of the value of work put to tender in any one year in civil construction works during the last five years, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | The applicant should have completed one work of similar nature of worth 40% of the value of work put to tender in the last five years under State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking, or Statutory Bodies.
