Contractors must be "B" Class or "A" Class. | Contractors registered with Odisha State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/Railways are eligible. | Bidders must possess an up-to-date compatible Digital Signature Certificate. | Bidders must have successfully completed similar type of work(s) in any one year during the last 7 years, meeting one of the following criteria: three completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or one completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. | Similar type of work must cover Construction of RCC Drain/ RCC Culvert/ RCC Box Culvert/ Syphon/ Cross Drainage (CD)/ Drainage Channel/ Canal Lining/ Drain Lining Work(s) executed for State Government / Central Government / PSUs/ ULBs/ Municipal Corporation. | Bidders must have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of not less than 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and FY 2025-26), certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | Bidders must not have applied for / be undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceeding from Financial Institutions or declared as 'Sick' and or under consideration as 'Sick' by the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in the last three financial years. | Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of work/signing of the Agreement. | SC/ST contractors up to "B" Class are eligible for 50% concession on registration fees and security deposit (EMD, ISD, Performance Security) at half the usual rate.
