Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized dealer. | Bidders must have a Valid MV / MSME Electrical License. | Bidders must have executed similar type of works whose total value is 50% of the tendered value in the last financial year OR at least three similar works each not less than 25% of the tendered value during the last two years. | Bidders' available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A=Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level with 10% annual inflation), B=Value at current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next two months, and N=Number of years prescribed for completion (1 year for completion periods less than one year). | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | The OEM/its authorized dealer should have an office/presence in Odisha for manufacturing/after sales & service. | The tenderer(s) or the OEM should have Valid ISO Certification. | Contractors whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who have abandoned any work in the last five years are debarred from qualification. | Total value of works performed in the last five years must be furnished with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. | Bidders must not be related to any officer of P.W.D of the rank of Assistant Engineer & above or any officer of the rank of Assistant/Under Secretary and above in the Works Department, Govt. of Odisha. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate authority before work award. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package. | The bidder must have a valid EPF registration certificate or submit an affidavit to follow the 'Employees Provident Fund and misc provision act, 1952' and rules/schemes. | If the application is made by a proprietary firm, it must be signed by the proprietor. | If the application is made by a limited company or a corporation, it must be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of attorney, and satisfactory evidence of its existence must be furnished.
