Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in TCN. | Tenderer(s) must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN. | Civil Contractors must upload a scanned copy of a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor along with their valid license, GSTIN & PAN. | For works value up to Rs. 5.00 crores, there are no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e). | For works value more than Rs. 5.00 crores, intending tenderers should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last 8 years. | In case of a Joint Venture, the execution of similar nature of works will be applied for the work executed by each partner taken together, being a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years of the last eight years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last five financial years. | Applicant(s) must have an available bid capacity greater than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents as partners. | The lead partner of a JV shall be a registered Contractor of an appropriate class of the State. | Bidders are subject to disqualification if they have made misleading/false representations, have a record of poor performance, participated in previous bidding with unreasonable prices, indulged in unlawful/corrupt means, or been blacklisted/suspended.
