Contractors must be registered with the State governments or equivalent Grade/Class of other State Government/Railways/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must have necessary Portal Enrolment with their own Digital Signature Certificate. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government before work award. | Contractor class must match the requirement specified in Col-6 of the NIT table (e.g., "C" & "B", "D" & "C", "B"). | Bidders must have a valid Registration Certificate as on date. | Bidders must have an up-to-date valid PAN Card and GSTIN. | Bidders must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed. | Contractors exempted from EMD payment must upload documentary evidence for such exemption and an affidavit stating how many times they have availed this facility during the current year. | ST or SC Contractors willing to avail EMD exemption and price preference must enclose an affidavit for the purpose.
