Contractors must be registered with the State governments or equivalent Grade/Class of other State Government/Railways/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must have necessary Portal Enrolment with their own Digital Signature Certificate. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government before work award. | Contractors must possess a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Contractors must have an up-to-date valid PAN Card and GSTIN. | Contractors must not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Engineer Contractors willing to avail EMD exemption must enclose an affidavit stating how many times they have availed this facility during the current year and produce their original license at the time of opening. | ST or SC Contractors willing to avail EMD exemption and price preference must enclose an affidavit for the purpose. | Bidders from outside the State can participate without GST registration if they submit an affidavit indicating they are not registered under the OGST Act and have no liability, but must produce GST registration before contract award. | Successful bidders registered under other State Government/MES/Railway/CPWD must register under the State PWD before signing the Agreement.
