Contractor must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Contractor must have an up-to-date valid PAN Card and GSTIN. | Contractor must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractor must furnish an affidavit confirming no relation to any officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer and above in the State PWD or Assistant Secretary and above in the Works Department of Govt. of Odisha. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate authority of the State Government before work award. | Contractors exempted from EMD must upload documentary evidence for such exemption and an affidavit stating how many times they have availed this facility during the current year.
