Division responsible for award and execution of contracts. | Submission of more than one tender paper by a tenderer for a particular work will be liable for rejection of all such tender papers. | Inordinate delay in previously awarded works will render the bid rejected. | An affidavit showing that the tenderer is not under any litigation with the Govt. presently is required. | Joint venture/consortium agreements/MOU are not allowed to participate in the bid. | Bidders must be registered with the State Governments or of Equivalent Grade/Class Registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of civil works. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate after enrollment but must register with the appropriate registering authority before award of work. | A firm engaged by the Engineer-in-Charge to provide consulting services for the preparation or supervision of the works, and any of its affiliates, shall not be eligible to bid. | Bidders are subject to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, quoted unreasonable prices without justification, indulged in unlawful/corrupt means, or been blacklisted/suspended.
