Open to all bidders registered with the Govt of Odisha or other state Govt / Govt of India/MES/Railways for execution of civil works in general and piped water supply projects in particular. | Registered Contractor of ‘B’ class of Odisha State PWD or equivalent class of CPWD / Railway / MES / Central or other State Govt. | Not under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. | No criminal cases pending against the Contractor (him/her/partners). | No near relatives working as Assistant Engineer/Assistant Superintending Engineer and above in Rural Water Supply & Sanitation (RWS&S) of State of Odisha. | Bids from joint ventures/associations in firms are not acceptable. | Successfully completed similar works or any Civil Engineering Works in any one financial year during last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) of value not less than Rs. 25.22 lakhs (30% of estimated value). | Annual turnover from all classes of Engineering work contracts of not less than Rs. 33.63 lakhs (40% of estimated cost) in any one financial year during last 5 financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities equivalent to the estimated cash flow for three months in peak construction period. | Assessed Available Bid Capacity must be more than the total bid value for works above Rs. 3.00 Crores. | A bidder can only participate for projects of value equal to or less than 3 times of its bid capacity for PWS projects in the range of 3 Crore to 6 Crore.
