Contractors of Class "C" & "B" registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Govt./MES/Railways are eligible. | Contractors not registered under State Government must register with the State PWD in the appropriate class before signing the agreement. | Bids from Joint Ventures are not allowed. | The bidder must not be a non-performing party on the bid submission date, as defined by specific conditions related to project execution and financial obligations. | Individual applicants must sign with their full typewritten name and current address. | Proprietary firms must have the proprietor sign with DSC, providing full typewritten name and firm's current address. | Partnership firms require a partner with power of attorney to sign with DSC, accompanied by a certified copy of the power of attorney and partnership deed, and current addresses of all partners. | Limited companies or corporations must have a duly authorized person with power of attorney sign with DSC, accompanied by a certified copy of the power of attorney and satisfactory evidence of existence. | SC and ST Category Contractors may avail a 10% price preference as per Works Department Resolution No. 27748 dated 11.10.1977 for individual registered contractors up to 'B' Class. | Contractors must possess a valid license from licensing authorities of the labor department if undertaking work through labor.
