The Bidder must be a manufacturer (OEM) of the Lift or an authorized dealer of the Lift manufacturer (OEM). | The Bidder or its Manufacturer should have successfully supplied, installed and commissioned at least eight (08) passenger lifts, with a minimum capacity of 544 kg per lift during the last 5 (Five) years (FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26) in any residential complex/commercial complex/office building. | At least 3 Nos. of the installed lifts out of the 8 commissioned Lifts must be in successful operation for at least 02 (Two) years as on 30th June 2026. | OEM must have in-house design, manufacturing & testing facility for lifts. | OEM should also have their own testing facilities with operational test tower in India. | OEM shall have minimum 15 years of experience in lift manufacturing. | The Bidder or manufacturer should have an authorized service center in Odisha. | The bidder or their manufacturer should have at least 05 (Five) + years Comprehensive AMC experience for minimum 08 lifts. | Average financial turnover of the Bidder & Manufacturer during the last 3 (Three) financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, FY 2025-26) should be INR 10 Crores for lift Manufacturer or INR 4 Crore for Authorized Dealer of OEM. | The Bidder can be a Company (Private or Public), a registered partnership firm, an LLP firm, or a Proprietorship firm/concern. | The Bidder should have valid PAN and GSTIN registration. | The Bidder should not have been banned/blacklisted by OMC or any government agency or any PSU as on the date of submission of Bid. | The Bidder whose Contract/Agreement with OMC had been terminated /failed to perform will not be eligible to participate in the bidding. | Bidding in the form of a consortium and Joint Venture are NOT allowed.
