Bidder must be a Company registered under Indian Companies Act, 2013, or a Society registered under The Societies Registration Act, 1860, or a Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, or a Partnership Firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, or a Proprietorship firm registered under relevant act/laws. | Bidder must have successfully completed/executed similar works during the last 5 years ending 31.03.2026, meeting one of the following: three similar completed works with each contract period of minimum three years and annual contract amount not less than Rs. 120 Lakhs (excluding GST); or two similar completed works with each contract period of minimum three years and annual contract amount not less than Rs. 150 Lakhs (excluding GST); or one similar completed work with contract period of minimum three years and annual contract amount not less than Rs. 300 Lakhs (excluding GST). | Experience in "Comprehensive Facility Management Services" means services related to cleaning & sweeping, garbage collection, waste management, horticulture, pest control, garden & parking maintenance, electrical, mechanical, GPH, civil maintenance, watch and ward, parking management, and security services in a single tender. | Experience in only supplying manpower will not be considered as "Comprehensive Facility Management Services (CFMS)". | Eligible projects include similar works executed for Central Government/State Government/PSUs/Convention Centre/Commercial Complexes/Multiplexes/Luxury Hotels/Resorts/Institutional Campus/Corporate House/Hospitals etc. | Bidder must be registered with Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and under labour laws, Employees Provident Fund Organization, and Employees State Insurance Corporation. | The bidder must not have been blacklisted or debarred by any Central or State Government Ministry, Department, Office, or any Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) as of the submission date. | The registered Office/branch office of the Service Provider must be located in Odisha, or an affidavit to establish an office in Odisha before signing the agreement must be provided. | The Bidder should have a minimum strength of 1000 workers under its payroll, with EPF returns for the last 3 months furnished. | Bidder should have an average financial turnover of not less than Rs. 75,00,00,000.00 (Rupees Seventy-five Crores only) and a positive net worth for the last five financial years ending 31.03.2026 for providing similar services, excluding GST. | Bidder must not have any pending judicial proceedings for any criminal offense against the proprietor/Director/Persons to be deployed by the Service Provider. | Bidder must possess ISO 9001-2015 and 14001-2015 Quality Standards/Certifications for the Service (relating to Facility Management Services covering soft facility management services, technical services, and waste management).
