The Bidder must be a Manufacturer of spiral concentrator or an Authorized Dealer/Distributor/Channel Partner of a Manufacturer or Authorized by the manufacturer for this particular tender. | The bidder should have experience in Supply of Spiral concentrator to any industrial plant during the last 10 financial years (FY 2016-17 to FY 2025-26). | The bidder must have completed three similar orders of value not less than INR 48,00,000.00 (excluding GST) each, OR two similar completed orders of value not less than INR 60,00,000.00 (excluding GST) each, OR a single similar completed order of value not less than INR 97,00,000.00 (excluding GST). | Similar items mean successful supply of Spiral concentrators in an industrial plant. | The average annual financial turnover of the Bidder during the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25) should be at least INR 1 Crore. | The Bidder can be a Company (Private or Public), a registered partnership firm, an LLP firm, or a Proprietorship firm. | The Bidder whose Contract/Agreement with OMC had been terminated/failed to perform will not be eligible. | The Bidder should have valid PAN and GSTIN registration. | The Bidder should not have been banned/blacklisted by OMC or any government agency or any PSU as on the date of submission of Bid. | Bidding in the form of a Consortium or Joint Venture is NOT allowed.
