Valid MV/HT or Empaneled Fire licensed agency of class D or above authorized by Odisha Fire & Emergency Service having MoU with associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or Above) having valid license from ELBO. | Contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of E.I Work. | Bidders not registered under the state government must register under the state PWD & ELBO in appropriate class of eligibility before signing of the agreement. | Not associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | No relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department (declaration required). | Not an Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha within two years of retirement without prior permission. | Not an applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
