Bidders must be MV/HT or Above Electrical Contractors with a valid license from ELBO. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | Tenderer should have executed at least one similar type of work (Electrical Wiring/Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of LT Panel/Street Lights/Solar Street Lights) under State Govt/Central Govt/UT/PSU/Semi Govt. during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current Financial year) with a value not less than 60% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, OR 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, OR 3 similar works each costing not less than 20% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost. | The work should have been successfully completed and handed over, duly inspected by a competent authority. | Completion certificates must be furnished from an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, clearly indicating name, details, value, commencement, and completion dates. | Any similar nature of work started before FY 2021-22 is a potential technical credential if successfully completed and handed over during the last five financial years and current financial year, with year-wise price breakup (Schedule-G) furnished. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years is debarred from qualification.
