Contractors must be registered with the State Governments as 'Special Class/Super Class' or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil works. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | The bidder should have completed/substantially completed at least one similar nature of road work of Rs. 570.89 lakh (excluding GST) during the last 5 years. | For Solar Street Light work, the bidder must have completed 1 similar work of not less than Rs. 90.63 lakh (excluding GST), or 2 works each not less than Rs. 60.42 lakh (excluding GST), or 3 works each not less than Rs. 30.21 lakh (excluding GST) during the last five financial years and current financial year. | Minimum annual turnover of Civil construction works shall not be less than Rs. 2054.02 Lakh (excluding GST) over the last five years from the Base Year. | Available Bid Capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the work. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years is debarred from qualification. | The civil contractor must enter into a notarized MOU with an eligible registered electrical contractor having MV/HT or Above Electrical Contractor license, unless the civil contractor holds such a license. | Individual applicants must sign above their full typewritten name and current address. | Proprietary firms must have the proprietor sign with DSC and furnish full typewritten name and firm's current address. | Partnership firms must have a partner with power of attorney sign with DSC, accompanied by a certified copy of the power of attorney and partnership deed. | Limited companies or corporations must have a duly authorized person with power of attorney sign with DSC, accompanied by a certified copy of the power of attorney and satisfactory evidence of existence.
