Must be an MV/HT or Above Electrical Contractor having a valid license from ELBO. | Tenderer should have executed at least one similar type of work (Electrical Wiring/Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of LT Panel, Street Lights/Solar Street Lights) under State Govt/Central Govt/UT/PSU/Semi Govt. during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current FY) with a value not less than 60% (Excluding GST) of the estimated cost, OR 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% (Excluding GST) of the estimated cost, OR 3 similar works each costing not less than 20% (Excluding GST) of the estimated cost. | The work should have been successfully completed and handed over, inspected by a competent authority not below the rank of an Executive Engineer. | Completion certificates must clearly indicate name & details of work, value, date of commencement, and date of completion. | Detailed BOQ along with agreement copy or work order for the work against which the completion certificate has been furnished is mandatory. | Any similar nature of work started before FY 2021-22 must have been successfully completed and handed over during the last five financial years and current financial year, with year-wise price breakup (Schedule-G) furnished. | Joint Ventures are not allowed.
