The bidder shall transfer online the cost of bid paper and the Earnest Money Deposit. | Only bidders who successfully remit the Cost of Tender Paper and EMD are eligible. | Engineering contractors desirous of EMD exemption must submit an affidavit stating they have not availed the facility for more than two works during the current financial year, mentioning the two works and the authority. | Contractors must be 'D', 'C' & 'B' class registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government MES/Railways. | Successful bidders other than state/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank must register under the State PWD before signing the agreement. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Table in NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have up to date valid ITCC and GST. | The contractor must furnish a certificate along with the tender stating they are not related to any officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer & above in the state R.D. (R.W. Wings) or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the date of the bid, shall be debarred from qualification. | Super class contractors shall employ two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma holders belonging to the State of Orissa. | Special class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | 'A' class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | The contractor shall pay engineering personnel monthly emoluments not less than those of equivalent qualification employed under the State Govt. of Orissa. | The contractor who undertakes execution of work through labour should produce a valid license from licensing authorities of the labour Department.
