Bidders must successfully remit the Cost of Tender Paper and Earnest Money Deposit. | Contractors must be 'D', 'C' & 'B' class registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government MES/Railways. | Successful bidders other than state/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank must register under the State PWD before signing the Agreement. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Table in NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have up to date valid ITCC, GST. | Engineering contractors desirous of availing exemption of EMD should submit an affidavit regarding availing award of work without submission of EMD/ISD during the current financial year. | SC/ST contractors should mention in the affidavit if they are desirous for availing Exemption of EMD and Price preference for award of work. | The contractor shall furnish a certificate along with the tender to the effect that he is not related to any officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer & above in the state R.D. (R.W. Wings) or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | Super class contractors shall employ two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma holders belonging to the State of Orissa. | Special class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | 'A' class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | The contractor shall pay Engineering personnel monthly emoluments not less than those of equivalent qualification employed under the State Govt. of Orissa. | The firm/contractor shall install a full-fledged field laboratory at the work site for conducting required tests. | Engineering personnel of the executing agency should be present at the work site during visits of high-level inspecting officers. | Orissa Bridge & Construction Corporation Ltd. will be allowed price preference up to 3% over the lowest quotation or tender. | Orissa Construction Corporation will be allowed a price preference up to 3% over the lowest tender amount if they express willingness to execute the work after reduction of rates by negotiation.
