Contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade / Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways for execution of Electrical works. | Must be "MV" / "HT" or Above Class electrical contractors having a valid license from ELBO. | Should have successfully completed or substantially completed at least one similar nature of ELECTRICAL work during the last 5 years from the Base Year (2025-26) with major items as mentioned in Contract Data. | Experience in successfully completed or substantially completed of a single similar nature of road work at least 40% of the value of proposed contract within last five years. | Alternatively, 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% or 3 similar works each costing not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender. | The work should have been successfully completed & handed over in all respects duly inspected by the competent authority with full satisfaction to the department. | Completion certificates are to be furnished from the Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer (Divisional Head or above). | Bid Capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the date of the bid, shall be debarred from qualification.
