Only tenderers willing to accept all terms and conditions of the DTCN can submit tenders. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed. | Intending tenderer(s) should have a valid registration certificate. | SC/ST contractors can avail 50% EMD exemption and price preference by uploading caste certificates and application. | Tenderer(s) must submit an affidavit stating no relationship with any officers as per clause 2.7 of DTCN. | Tenderer(s) must submit an affidavit stating they have not abandoned any similar work nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must submit an affidavit regarding the correctness/authenticity of all submitted documents. | A bidder shall not be permitted to bid for works if their or their spouse's near relative is posted as Divisional Accountant or an officer between Superintending Engineer and Junior Engineer (both inclusive) in the R.W. Circle responsible for the contract. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a Contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
