Contractor must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractor must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as per NIT. | Contractor must have an up-to-date valid PAN Card and GST/VAT clearance Certificate. | Contractor must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five years. | Contractor must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Contractors registered with State Governments and contractors of Equivalent Grade/Class Registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil works are eligible. | If successful, bidders not registered under the state government, Orissa, must register under the state PWD in the appropriate class of eligibility before signing the agreement. | SC/ST Contractors must specifically apply in writing for availing price preference. | Bidders will be disqualified for misleading or false representations, record of poor performance, inordinate delays, litigation history, financial failures, or unreasonably low bids without rational justification.
