Open to valid MV/HT or Empaneled Fire licensed agency of class D or above authorized by Odisha Fire & Emergency Service having MoU with associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or Above) having valid license from ELBO. | The Court Affidavit should have specific mention of name, address of the two parties, license number, date of validity and issuing authority, name of the work for which the agreement is signed for. | Bidders not registered under the state government must register under the state PWD & ELBO in appropriate class of eligibility before signing of the agreement. | Contractors of equivalent Grade / Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways for execution of the E.I Work are eligible. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | The bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that has prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or being proposed as Project Manager for the Contract. | A firm engaged by the Engineer-in-Charge to provide consulting services for the preparation or supervision of the works, and any of its affiliates, shall not be eligible to bid. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must inform the same in Schedule-I. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission. | Bidders are subject to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, participated in previous bidding for the same work with unreasonable prices, indulged in unlawful/corrupt means, or have been blacklisted. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
