Contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil Works are eligible. | If successful, bidders not registered under the state government, Odisha, must register under the state PWD in the appropriate class of eligibility before the award of work. | The bidder must be a specialized agency having an MoU with an associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or Above) with a valid license from ELBO. | The tenderer should have valid EPF registration certificate, GST certificate, PAN Card, valid ESI certificate, and Service Tax registration certificate. | The tenderer should have executed similar type of works, with one work equal to or more than the tender value in the last two financial years, or two similar works whose total value equals to or more than the value of work applied for during one financial year. | The tenderer must submit audited balance sheets for the last two years. | Tenderers with similar work in hand awarded by Govt. of Odisha or Central Govt. must have completed it within the stipulated time and handed over in all respects, duly inspected by the competent electrical inspector/competent authority with full satisfaction to the Department. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | The bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | The bidder should have executed at least one similar type of work such as Construction/AMC of Fire Fighting System installation (including specific pump types and other accessories, fire detection, fire suppression system not compulsory) in a single/multi-storied building under State Govt/Central Govt/UT/PSU/Semi Govt. during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) whose value should not be less than 60% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, or 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% (excluding GST), or 3 similar works each costing not less than 20% (excluding GST). | For similar nature of work started before FY 2020-21, the work should have been successfully completed and handed over in all respects during the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25), with completion certificates from an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer. | The bidder must furnish year-wise price breakup (as per SCHEDULE-D) of the work from the date of commencement to the actual date of completion, duly signed by a competent authority not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, to verify the value of work done from FY:2020-21. | The bidder must possess a Compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class II or Class III.
