Contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil Works are eligible. | Specialized agency having MoU with associate electrical contractor (HT or Above) with a valid license from ELBO and a Fire Fighting license is required. | The specialized agency's Court Affidavit must specifically mention the name, address of the two parties, license number, date of validity, issuing authority, and name of the work for which the agreement is signed. | The Tenderer should have valid EPF registration certificate, GST certificate, PAN Card, valid ESI certificate & Service Tax registration certificate. | The Tenderer should have executed similar type of works, with one work equal to or more than the tender value in the last two financial years, or two similar works whose total value equals to or more than the value of work applied for during one financial year. | The Tenderer must upload the audited balance sheet for the last two years. | Tenderers who have similar work in hand awarded by Govt. of Odisha or Central Govt. must have completed it within the stipulated time and handed it over after inspection by the competent electrical inspector/authority. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Contractors must be registered in the CDMS portal by 31.12.2020 to participate in the tender process. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
