Contractors must be registered with State Governments as referred in Sl 7(a) of Contract Data or equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | The applicant or any of its constituent partners must not have had a contract rescinded or abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date. | Bidders must submit an undertaking for installation of a Hot Mix Plant within 60 km of the work site. | Bidders must possess a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Annexure in NIT. | Bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years excluding the current financial year. | Bidders must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years (excluding the current financial year). | Bidders must be in possession of the specified machineries either owned or on hire/lease, securing a minimum of 80% marks for the listed equipment. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Contractors registered with the Government of Odisha, or those who enroll in the portal and subsequently register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of work, can participate. | Super class contractors must employ two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma holders from Odisha. | Special class contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders from Odisha. | 'A' class contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders from Odisha.
