Bids are invited from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized dealer having a Valid HT Electrical License. | Joint Venture bids are not allowed. | The bidder should have experience in supply and installation of similar work, with a total value of 50% of the tendered value in the last financial year or at least three similar works each not less than 25% of the tendered value during the last two years. | The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level with 10% annual escalation), N is the number of years for completion (taken as one year if less than one year), and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next two months. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | The OEM/authorized dealer should have an office/presence in Odisha for manufacturing/after sales & service etc. for availing spare parts & service support. | The tenderer(s) or the OEM should have Valid ISO Certification.
