Circle responsible for the contract. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a Contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the agreement. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed.
