Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class II or Class III. | Only those tenderers willing to accept all terms and conditions of this detailed tender notice may submit tenders. | Joint venture/consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GST Registration Certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GST Act and have no liability, but must produce GST Registration Certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD/Electrical or equivalent rank may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the State PWD before signing the agreement. | Engineer contractors willing to avail EMD exemption must enclose an affidavit stating how many works/times they have availed such facility in the current financial year and produce their original license at the time of tender opening. | Fixed deposit holders as per Work Dept order no 233333 dt. 13.12.1995 are exempted from furnishing EMD, but should enclose a copy of the exemption order. | Contractors of B & above class will be required to furnish security deposit by way of deduction from their bill at the rate of 5% of the gross amount of each bill. | In case of C & D class contractors, such deduction will be made at the rate of 5% of the gross amount of each bill. | For Government undertakings, Co-operative Societies, Diploma or Degree holders in Engineering and SC/ST contractors registered with the State Govt., rules framed by Govt. from time to time regarding earnest money deposit/initial security deposit will apply.
