Contractors must be 'A' Class / Special Class registered with the State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for Civil works. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate authority before work award. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must disclose if a relative in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary or above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department is employed by them. | Completion of one similar work of Rs. 267.94 lakh (excluding GST) (30% of estimated cost). | Required Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated cost of the work. | Joint ventures are not acceptable. | For composite tenders, the bidder must associate with agencies of appropriate class for sanitary, water supply, drainage, electrical, firefighting, and horticulture works. | M.O.U. with eligible Registered Electrical Contractors having valid H.T. / L.T./ M.V. license issued by Govt. of Odisha OR Owned valid Registration in H.T. / L.T./ M.V. Electrical License issued by Govt. of Odisha with the same name & style OR for Contractors having License issued by other State Licensing Board should submit an Endorsement as per Clause-27 B of “Electrical Licensing Board Regulation, Odisha, 2014”. | The bidder is required to furnish MOU with professional Firm or body having experience in handling Fire safety services for design, construction and commissioning High rise/Old age home/ Buildings/ Hospitals / Apartments along with Registration certificate of Firm for Installation & Commissioning of Fire safety services.
