Eligible class of contractors as specified in column No. 6 of TCN registered with the State Government and contractors of equivalent Grade / Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways for execution of Civil works. | Contractors from outside Odisha must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government before award of the work. | Bidders must not have a record of poor performance such as abandoning works, not properly completing previous contracts, inordinate delays, litigation history, or financial failures. | Minimum annual turnover of Civil construction engineering works not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) @200% of annual payment of the work put to tender. | Required Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated cost of the work. | Similar nature of work experience of 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding the current financial year 2026-27. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate.
