Contractors must be of the eligible class as specified in column No. 6 of TCN, registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade / Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways for execution of Civil works. | Joint Venture/ Consortium agreements/ M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last 5 years. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Tenderer(s) must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN. | Tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Required Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated cost of the work. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under GSTIN and have no liability under the Act, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments /MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement. | Super/Special class Contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the State of Orissa. | "A" Class Contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the State of Orissa.
