Bidders must be a Specialized agency having MoU with associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or Above) having valid license from ELBO. | The Court Affidavit must specifically mention the name, address of the two parties, license number, date of validity, issuing authority, and the name of the work for which the agreement is signed. | Bidders not registered under the state government must register under the state PWD & ELBO in the appropriate class of eligibility before signing the agreement. | Joint Ventures are not acceptable. | The bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders with a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department must disclose this in Schedule-I. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission. | Bidders must have executed at least one similar nature of work (Construction/AMC of Lift in a single/multi-storied building) under State Govt/Central Govt/UT/PSU/Semi Govt. | The similar work must have been successfully completed and handed over, duly inspected by the competent authority with full satisfaction to the department. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification.
