Open to Class D & C Contractors registered with the State Government. | Contractors of equivalent grade/class registered with CPWD / Central Government / MES / Railways and other State Govt. for execution of Civil works are eligible. | Bidders must submit proof of registration from the appropriate authority. | Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate after enrollment in the portal but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of the work. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that has prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or being proposed as Project Manager for the Contract. | A firm engaged by the Engineer-in-Charge to provide consulting services for the preparation or supervision of the works, and any of its affiliates, shall not be eligible to bid. | Bidders with a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department must inform the same in Schedule-I. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for a period of two years after his retirement from Government service, without prior permission. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
