Department or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | Valid Registration Certificate of the required class ('B' Class for this work). | Civil Contractors must have an agreement (Notarized) with a registered Electrical Contractor along with their valid license, GSTIN & PAN. | Total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the amount put to tender (Rs. 62,28,797/-) during any 3 financial years of the last five financial years (excluding GST). | Contractors with more than three works pending under this office, or who have not completed work on time with closed/penalty-recommended contracts under this division, are not eligible. | Available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with specific requirements for agreement and lead partner.
