Contractors must be registered with the Odisha State Govt. or equivalent grade/class registered with Govt. of India / Govt. of any other State / MES / Railway & Reputed Engineering firm. | Bidders must have a valid & up to date Contractors registration certificate, GSTIN & PAN Card. | A Bidder shall be deemed to have the nationality of India. | Government-owned enterprises are eligible only if they are legally and financially autonomous and operate under commercial law. | Contractors must be 'A' Class of Odisha State PWD or equivalent class of CPWD / Railway / MES / Central or other State Govt. | No criminal cases should be pending against the Contractor (him/her/partners) at the time of submitting the tender. | Contractor must furnish a declaration that no near relatives are working in the cadre of an Assistant Engineer/ Assistant Superintending Engineer, and above in Rural Water Supply & Sanitation (RWS&S) of State of Odisha. | Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. | Bidders must have successfully completed similar nature of works (at least one Piped Water Supply Scheme with Head Works, Raising Main, OHT of minimum 50,000Ltr. Capacity, Distribution System) in a composite manner along with its Commissioning & Testing under any Government / Government undertaking institutions in any one financial year during the last five financial years of value not less than 30% of the estimated value of bid. | A contractor having even a single incomplete PWS Scheme work at hand under RWS&S Circle, Bhubaneswar with more than one year time over run from schedule date of completion will be considered as Technically Disqualified. | Bidders must have an annual turnover from all classes of Engineering work contracts only from Government / Government undertaking institutions of not less than 40% of the Tendered cost, in any one financial year during last 5 (five) financial years. | Bids from joint ventures/association in firms are not acceptable. | The assessed available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value for works above Rs. 3.00 Crores.
