Open to "Special" & "A" Class contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate authority before award of work. | Bidder/Firm must have an annual financial turnover of not less than 40% of the value of work put to tender (Rs. 17,83,63,681.00) in any one year in civil construction works during the last five years, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | The applicant should have completed three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the Amount put to tender (Rs. 7,13,45,472/- Excluding GST) in the last five years. | Alternatively, the applicant should have completed two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the Amount put to tender (Rs. 8,91,81,840/- Excluding GST) in the last five years. | Alternatively, the applicant should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the Amount put to tender (Rs. 14,26,90,945/- Excluding GST) in the last five years. | Similar work experience must be under State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking/Statutory Bodies, certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Superintending Engineer. | For composite tenders, the civil contractor must enter into a notarized M.O.U. with an eligible registered electrical contractor having a valid H.T. license, unless the civil contractor has a valid H.T. electrical license under the same name and style. | Joint Ventures are not accepted. | Bidders are subject to disqualification for misleading/false representations, poor performance records, unreasonable prices without justification, unlawful/corrupt means, or blacklisting.
