Contractors must be registered with Govt. of Odisha / Govt. of India / C.P.W.D. / central undertaking / Railway / M.E.S. | If not registered under State Government, successful bidder must register under the appropriate authority of the State Government of Odisha in appropriate class before award of work. | The work is open to Class "A" contractors. | The Bidder Average Annual financial Turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous year, should be at least 40% of the Amount Put to tender. | Experience of having successfully completed one similar work costing not less than 40% of the amount put to tender during the last 3 years. | Similar Nature of Work means Building with nature of Work. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must declare if they have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission.
