Open to all Contractors of Class 'B' & 'A' registered with the State Governments and Contractors of Equivalent Grade/ Class Registered with Central Government/ MES/ Railways for execution of civil works. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of the work. | Bidder is neither associated, nor has been associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that has prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or being proposed as Project Manager for the Contract. | A firm engaged by the Engineer-in-Charge to provide consulting services for the preparation or supervision of the works, and any of its affiliates shall not be eligible to bid. | If the bidder has a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, they must inform the same in Schedule-I. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for a period of two years after his retirement from Government service, without prior permission. | The Bidder Average Annual financial Turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous year should be at least 40 % of the Amount Put to tender. | Experience of having Successfully completed One Similar Nature of Work costing not less than the amount equal to 40 % of the amount put to tender during the last 3 years, where Similar Nature Work Means Building with nature of Work. | Must obtain a minimum of 80% marks for Tools & Plants and machineries as per Schedule-C. | The bidder who quotes his/her rate more/less than 14.99% less, must submit a written clarification including detailed price analyses of its bid price in relation to scope, schedule, resource mobilization, allocation of risks and responsibilities at the time of tender. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
