Organizations/ Offices Executing Engineering Construction Works and fully or substantially owned/ operated/ governed by Govt. of Odisha) in the required/equivalent Class/Category. | Bidders may be validly registered in equivalent Grade/ Class/Category under the Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways/ Public Sector Undertakings. | Bidders may be validly Registered as an Engineering Construction Firm/Company/ Joint Venture with reputation, experience and expertise in successful execution and completion of similar nature of work in the last three financial years (2023-2024 to 2025-2026). | The Audited and Published Financial Turnover of the Firm/ Company/ Joint Venture in the last three years (2023-2024 to 2025-2026) should have been more than Rs. 30.00 lakhs per year. | Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate after portal enrolment but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before work award. | Bidders registered under Sl. 1(b) category, if successful, must undergo necessary Registration in Appropriate Class under any Appropriate Public Authority of Govt. of Orissa before signing the agreement within fifteen days from the Date of Issue of Letter of Intent. | Each successful bidder must empanel themselves as a Contractor under this office (if not already) within fifteen days from the Date of issue of Letter of Intent.
