Organizations/ Offices Executing Engineering Construction Works and fully or substantially owned/ operated/ governed by Govt. of Odisha) in the required/equivalent Class/Category. | Bidders may be validly registered in equivalent Grade/ Class/Category under the Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways/ Public Sector Undertakings. | Bidders may be validly Registered as an Engineering Construction Firm/Company/ Joint Venture with reputation, experience and expertise in successful execution and completion of similar nature of work in the last three financial years (2023-2024 to 2025-2026). | Firms/Companies/Joint Ventures must have an Audited and Published Financial Turnover of more than Rs. 30.00 lakhs per year in the last three financial years (2023-2024 to 2025-2026). | Successful bidders from categories registered outside Govt. of Odisha must undergo necessary registration in the appropriate Class under Govt. of Odisha before signing the agreement, within fifteen days from the Date of Issue of Letter of Intent. | Each successful bidder must empanel themselves as a Contractor under the Berhampur Municipal Corporation (if not already empanelled) within fifteen days from the Date of issue of Letter of Intent. | Contractors exempted from EMD must upload documentary evidence for such exemption.
