Circle if their spouse's near relative (first blood relations and their spouses) is posted as Divisional Accountant or as an officer between Superintending Engineer and Junior Engineer (both inclusive). | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a Contractor for a period of two years after retirement without Government permission. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate.
