Tenderer should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderer must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate, PAN Card, and Labour License. | Tenderer must have executed similar nature of work worth 40% of the estimated cost during any three financial years of the last preceding five years. | Tenderer must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years. | Tenderer must be in possession of specific machineries either owned or on hire/lease for road works. | Bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is number of years prescribed for completion, and B is value of current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/MOUs are not allowed to participate. | Bidders from outside the state without GSTIN certificate must submit an affidavit and produce the certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
