Only tenderers willing to accept all terms & conditions of this DTCN can submit tenders. | Joint Venture/ Consortium agreements/ M.O.Us are not allowed. | Eligible class of contractors as specified in column No. 6 of TCN registered with the State Government and contractors of equivalent Grade / Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways for execution of Civil works. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during last 5 years. | The intending tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years (starting from 2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding the current financial year 2026-27. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years (taken together) of the last preceding five financial years (starting from 2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding the current financial year 2026-27. | Required Bid Capacity is to be more than the Estimated cost of the work, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A=Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the current price level), B=Value of current price level of the existing commitments & ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N=Number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN if they submit an undertaking that they are not registered under GSTIN and have no liability under the Act, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments /MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement. | Super/Special class Contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the State of Orissa. | A Class Contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the State of Orissa.
