Contractor must be "A" & "Special" Class (Odisha PWD or relevant class of other licensing Authority). | Bidders registered outside Odisha State must register with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. within a month of bid acceptance. | Satisfactory completion of similar major items of work: Earth work- 270454.00 Cum and Dredging–43520.00Cum, executed in one financial year within the last 5 years including the FY of tender invitation (FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26 and Current Financial Year 2026-27). | Available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the work (Rs. 1485.86 lakhs), calculated as (AxNx2-B) where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one financial year during the last five years (updated to current price level with 10% annual inflation), B is the value at current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 18 months, and N is 18 months. | For combined evaluation of multiple works, the bidder must demonstrate experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of qualifying criteria for individual contracts valued above 7.00 cr. | Experience Certificates issued by State PSUs to their Sub-Contractor, counter-signed by an Engineer-In-charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Superintending Engineer, will be considered. | Joint ventures are not allowed.
