Each tenderer must have dedicated 2 separate transport vehicles of 10/17 MTs or above capacity registered in their name or family members' names for each unit. | The tenderer must furnish a capability certificate of Rs. 2 Crores for each Cluster Level Contract from any Scheduled Nationalized Bank. | Tenderer should have experience of transportation with Manufacturer/PSU/OSCSC/Govt. Dept./Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in food grains, sugar, paddy/coarse grains, or any other non-toxic commodity. | Experience must include work of value at least 20% of the estimated contract value (Rs. 10,46,120.00) in one single contract, OR 40% of the estimated contract value (Rs. 20,92,239.00) in multiple contracts, within the immediate preceding five financial years (excluding the current tender year). | For partnership firms, only the firm's experience will be reckoned, not individual partners' experience. | Tenderers without requisite experience may participate by providing an undertaking for an additional security of 2% of the contract value as a Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Commercial Bank (excluding Urban/Rural/State Co-operative banks and Gramin Banks). | Tenderer must furnish a Registration Certificate under "The Carriage by Road Act 2007" & "The Carriage by Road Rule 2011" issued by the State Transport Authority (STA) or Regional Transport Authority (RTA). | Tenderers who have been blacklisted or debarred by OSCSC or any government entity in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers whose contracts were terminated before expiry by OSCSC or any government entity in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers whose EMD and/or Security Deposit has been forfeited (partly or fully) by OSCSC or any government entity in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers or their partners/directors convicted by a court for an offense with a sentence of three years or more and still serving are ineligible. | Hindu Undivided Families are not entitled to apply for the tender.
