The bidder and all parties constituting the bidder must have Indian nationality. | Only "INDIGENOUS PERSON" are entitled to participate. | The tenderer should be in regular line of manufacturing of rigs of similar or higher capacity as required. | The tenderer must have supplied at least three rigs in each of the three preceding years to Government/Semi Government/PSU/Export. | Proof of the bidder as manufacturer of the goods put to tender is required. | The tenderer's average sales turnover during the last 3 years must be Rs. 5.00 crore or more. | The mud pump and compressor used should be from reputed manufacturers (G&P, CBG, KORES for mud pump; Atlas Copco, ELGI for compressor) who have supplied at least 5 units of each in each of the three preceding years. | The tenderer or its sole distributor must have a spare parts outlet and a service engineer in India, preferably in Odisha or nearby places. | The tenderer must declare that they have not been banned or delisted by any Govt. or PSU/quasi government. | The tenderer must declare that there has not been any complaint against the quality of products supplied to any Govt. department/PSU/any other organization.
